Members get discounted personal training sessions with our qualified instructors. These can be booked online or in our app where your discount is automatically applied to your account.

There’s no contract, and you can cancel anytime for no fee.
Yes! We offer a free day pass for all first-time visitors so you can try the gym, and experience our fantastic atmosphere. Just call in, or contact us for more info!
Of course! We understand that members may need to cancel their memberships from time to time, which is why all of our memberships are on a rolling contract. You can cancel anytime, free of charge, and rejoin our community whenever you’re ready.
Anyone is able to book a class with us! When you sign up to a class, you should receive an email asking you to create an account. We recommend you do this to save you time in future when booking online or via our app!
We do, however, offer some classes for free with all of our TeamFresh memberships. You can browse our memberships here.
We do accept cash payments, but this option isn’t available online yet. If you’d like us to set you up on a cash payment membership, please get in touch or speak to a member of staff in the gym.
